WITHDRAWAL
The purpose of ATPCAL, a service offered by Maat Srls ("the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on www.atpcal.com. The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller, or by another courier, only after contacting ATPCAL by writing an email to info@maatbags.com.
Products sold in extra-cee countries cannot be returned under any circumstances.
9.1. The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with ATPCAL, within 14 days starting from the day of receipt, of the PRODUCTS purchased on the SITE, provided that the products to be returned are intact, never worn, complete with their own packaging, tags and of the original labels.

9.2. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, even partial, the return of the PRODUCTS must be made in a single solution.

9.3. If the CUSTOMER intends to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in this article, he must:
- send a notification e-mail to info@maatbags.com, attaching the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION sent by ATPCAL and specifying in the e-mail text the numeric code of the item or items to be returned and the reason for the return, contact the courier in the manner indicated by Maat Srls and send the products to be returned to the address written on the waybill within the next 14 days from the e-mail notification of the withdrawal.

9.4. All the PRODUCTS are in a box with an identification label and their own packaging. ATPCAL, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal of the CUSTOMER, has the faculty not to accept the return of the RETURNED PRODUCTS that are devoid of its own packaging, of the relative label, and that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered in their essential characteristics and qualitative.

9.5. If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the procedures and terms described in this article, ATPCAL will, as soon as possible, send to the CUSTOMER, via e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the RETURNED PRODUCTS and to reimburse, via banking procedure, the amount spent on the product (Return and handling costs excluded).

9.6. In any case, the cash return method is prohibited.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The products can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged or used, the products must be returned to Maat Srls, Via F.lli Pinardi, 20/B, 7 40128 Bologna, upon email notification to info@maatbags.com, in which we inform you that we wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

- For products received defective or incorrect we will collect them with our couriers and we will replace the product without additional costs.

–For products sold in Italy and CEE returned for, vs. your decision, the choice of courier and the related cost is your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned goods, after having checked the conditions, the original amount spent is credited minus the management costs amounting to 5.00 euros, the transport costs are not re-credited

- Products sold outside the EEC cannot be returned.

Warranty

Our products are completely Made in Italy and are guaranteed for 2 years.

Although Atpcal products are manufactured to strict quality standards and with the best quality materials, they are not indestructible. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accidents, abrasion, water, solvents, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by carriers. The warranty also does not cover incidental damage such as breakage or loss of the contents of a bag.
